Government procurement

The Queensland Procurement Policy contains the broader rules under which procurement is conducted by all government agencies. Each agency then has its own more detailed purchasing procedures, which sets out how their officers will buy goods and services.

The Queensland Government offers resources, training and events to help businesses stand out from the crowd and potentially improve chances of securing Government contracts, for this and other general information about procurement in Queensland Government visit Supply to Queensland Government website.

Private sector organisations doing business with government are asked to comply with our business expectations to protect the integrity of government business.
