The Queensland Government is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and qualified proponents to deliver a new entertainment and housing precinct anchored by Queensland’s premier indoor arena in Woolloongabba, Brisbane.

The Request for Expression of Interest is the first stage of the procurement process and is available via VendorPanel.

About the project
The Queensland Government is inviting private sector involvement in one of the most exciting legacy projects from the 2032 Games Delivery Plan — the development of a vibrant new entertainment and housing precinct in Woolloongabba.
This is a transformational opportunity for a world-class entertainment venue within the Woolloongabba Priority Development Area. This central precinct will open the door to bigger and better sports and entertainment beyond 2032.
The project will unlock new opportunities for investment, innovation and placemaking, transforming Woolloongabba into a world-class destination that will define the city's future and deliver a lasting legacy well beyond the Games.
